Well I guess I know Billy as good as anyone... And I love him to pieces so I figure I might as well be the one to tell you about him. If ya all think ya know Billy ya only scratchin' the surface. I get a little deeper but not much, he's a pain in that respect but I thank him for sharin' even that!
When I met Billy he was shy, and got embarrassed easy. Well he still does, nothings changed except now he's the boss (I always let him think that). Billy came online in November of 1997, he was almost 13. We've been best friends ever since.
We been together a long time now as best friends and our rents just bought this island. Something we both enjoy together. Billys daddy owns about 50.125 percent of the island
just enough to make him the boss. I don't really care about being the boss, I just run everything! But really this is paradise so there aint no boss just that we're in charge of making it pretty!
Lots peeps say good things about Billy and they probably all true - although a little exaggerated. Yet all in all, Billy cares about peeps alot and mainly about not wanting to hurt peeps feelings if he can keep from it at all. Some peeps say Billy is love and loves everyone and all that stuff. Yep. Thats my Billy.
We sit and chat on the island and play and listen to music and hardly ever do any work. Ain't no maybes or I cant do it around here. Everyone pulls their load... and here that ain't much to do except have fun. So Billy never ask peeps for alot, yet some peeps think he always wanting more than they can give.
But then again thats Billy... always wantin' peeps do their best and just a little more sometimes.
Around Paradise Island lots of things happen, many times they can be embarrassin' and that why I like to be around Billy - he is fun to tease, yet always got something to say about it. He tries to treat everyone fair, Billy has lots of friends that work here on the island, and they all can call him friend. He is always helpin'
'em with their problems and given advise and stuff like that. A swimmer or surfer dude really lucky to be a part of the island here.
Billy loves his horse and dog, loves the rodeos, and love camping and such things. Lots of sports around here to have fun with and he spends his free time exploring all the many caves around here - lots of them purty dangerous. Most the time he just spends helping all the kids that visit.
Billy is still a kid himself, his birthday is in January and already gets to wear long pants! Course gettin' them off him for a shower is purty hard to do less'n ya say just the right things! Ya, he loves those long pants now! Billy is pretty small as big kids go, he is about 5'2 and growing real slow for as much lobster as he eats... but don't let that fool you, around here he stands ten feet tall, and his hat really does fit! (Almost)
He has lots of love our Billy has, and he gets hurt just like others, and sometimes he can hide it pretty good. But me and his other close friends always are there for him when those times happen.
Now if ya think sometimes Billy expects more out of me than I can really to do, or you for that matter, don't mind. And if he fusses at you a little, it's his way of showing he cares. This is Paradise Island, its a small city of people doing things together, Billy loves it and wants it to be fun.
Billy just finished his freshman year and I am so proud of him he got three A's and 2-B's lots of people may no more than Billy. But to me this is exciting because he is my best friend, and I look up to him so much. Great year Billy You did SO Good!
